Multi-Perspective Circle Painting

I made a new style to my circle paintings. This one I made it to where if you look at it in certain directions you will only see a black canvas and when you move to a different side you will see the circles in it.

Valley of Fire State Park

I took a trip over to the Valley of Fire park with my good adventure buddy Jaimee. We did a bunch of different hikes, but for the most part just had a chill day.

Burnt Frame
I sometimes forget if I load a fresh roll of film into my cameras a lot of times and surprisingly end up getting cool shots like this that are almost wiped out of existence because of my forgetfulness.

I was scanning a bunch of negatives from this summer and this one lined up wrong with the scanning optics and came out all shifted in color. I really loved the whole effect it gave my photo even more than the regular shot. I might see if I can replicate this awesome effect.

Police State.
Wile on the road between Las Vegas and LA listening to talk radio I came across this old run down Hotel, so I had to make a stop and go check it out. It looked to be a really lavish hotel for its time but through the years it just lost funding and had to close its doors, and became what it is today, just a shallow husk waiting for the desert to reclaim its land.
I was waking around the pool area, when my eyes took me to this tag, and as being a post skate kid that was all about this ideal, I needed to capture it. Then waking back to my car towards the end of the roll I thought of the American flag I bring with me most places for shoots, and the idea came to me to double expose the last frame with the flag, which ended up creating this photo. This photo shows a lot of the anger I have towards the political structure of my own country, and the turmoil that is going on in this world.
I always try to stay aways from political topics with my work, but I am really fed up with all this bull shit, I don’t want to see World War 3.

Hawaii Trip - 35mm Shots Part #1

This was my first time to Hawaii and My first time outside the continental United States. It was really amazing to get out and see so many different things on this trip. I never thought I was able to make it to Hawaii, but I’m so glad I was able to.
